A panoramic elevator will bring you to the fortified Castillo de la Concepción, where you’ll be able to take in the wonderful views before visiting the fort. The site originated as a Roman temple, evolved into a Moorish fort, and subsequently turned into a medieval citadel. The castle was used up to the Spanish Civil war as a strategic lookout.
