Purpose of the general terms and conditions of use
The purpose of these general conditions of use is to define the rules for using the CroisiEurope site, hereinafter referred to as the "Site" published by Alsace Croisières - Croisieurope SAS.
By accessing the site as a User, you accept without reservation the following GCU (General terms and conditions of use). The User therefore undertakes, at each of his visits to respect the present GCU (General terms and conditions of use) which are applicable to all the services offered by the Site.
The Publisher reserves the right to modify the present GCU at any time and without prior notice to the User. The User is advised to regularly refer to the latest version of the Terms and Conditions of Use available at this address:

The Croisieurope website is free to access.
To access and use the various services related to online reservations and/or payment, the user must create an account.
To create an account, the user must have reached the age of legal majority and/or have the capacity to enter into a contract within the meaning of the law, and have accepted the present Terms and Conditions of Use without any reservation. Registration in the name of a legal entity is only possible by a natural person of legal age who is capable and has the necessary powers to bind and commit that legal entity.
The User must provide the company CroisiEurope with the required personal information. By filling out the registration form, the User guarantees that the company CroisiEurope has provided accurate, truthful, up-to-date and complete information concerning his/her identity and contact details. In particular, he/she undertakes to provide an effective email address of which he/she is the owner. The company CroisiEurope reserves the right, for any serious and objective reason, to suspend the User's Account if the information provided when creating the Account is objectively false and is not corrected by the User. The reason may only be communicated at the User's prior request and at the discretion of CroisiEurope.
If you fail to comply with the mandatory rules of civility and good digital conduct, you may be held civilly and criminally liable for your indelicate writings and broadcasts, which may be deemed illegal and punished as such.
The User undertakes to create only one Account corresponding to his/her profile. The User is solely responsible for any use that may be made of his/her logins, identifiers (email address...) and password, and is the sole guarantor of their confidentiality, as well as any use of his/her Account.
The User undertakes to regularly update all the information concerning him/her relating to his/her profile, in order to preserve its accuracy. In the event that the User provides objectively false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete data, CroisiEurope will be entitled to suspend or terminate the User's Account and to deny the User future access to all or part of the Applications and any linked Site.
The User undertakes to inform CroisiEurope immediately of any unauthorised use of his/her Account, and of any breach of the confidentiality and security of his means of identification using the form available at the following address:

If the company CroisiEurope has legitimate grounds to believe that the security of the service is being violated or that it is being misused due to unauthorised use of the User's means of identification, it may temporarily suspend the Account, in particular in order to preserve the integrity of the site and data, and, if it appears appropriate, require the modification of these means of identification.
The User is responsible for its use, in particular through the "Chat Room" discussion area.

The site is accessible free of charge from anywhere to any User with internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (hardware, software, internet connection, etc.) are at his or her expense.

Access to the services may at any time be subject to interruption, suspension or modification without notice for a now or for any other case. No compensation can be claimed on this account.
Terms and conditions of use of the CroisiEurope discussion area
CroisiEurope is a place of expression open to all. You are invited to express yourself freely, while respecting everyone's opinions and rights.
The data you provide will only be used to ensure the operation of the site. Under no circumstances will it be transmitted to third parties without your prior authorisation, unless required by law.
You have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you. You may, at any time, request that your contributions to this discussion area be deleted. The contributions that you post in the discussion area must be related to the purpose of the company's activity, relating to travel.
The discussion area is moderated a posteriori, the messages that you post are directly published without any prior control. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contributions do not harm others and comply with the regulations in force. The moderators reserve the right to withdraw any contribution that they consider inappropriate, inappropriate, contrary to laws and regulations, to these terms of use or likely to cause direct or indirect harm to third parties.
Messages that are not related to the discussion topics may be removed without notice by the moderators. Without prejudice to possible disciplinary or legal proceedings, contributions that :
1. incite discrimination on the grounds of race, sex, religion, hatred, violence, racism or revisionism
2. incite the commission of offences
3. are contrary to public order and morality,
4. condone crimes or offences, particularly murder, rape, war crimes and crimes against humanity,

7. are linked to a manifestly commercial interest or have a promotional purpose that is not relevant to the site.
The use of a pseudonym does not make the user anonymous, in accordance with the law, the technical service providers are obliged to keep and refer to the judicial authority the connection information (log, date/time) allowing the prosecution of the author of an offence. All the necessary information will therefore be kept for the legal period of time. It will be destroyed at the end of the legal retention period.
CroisiEurope reserves the right to exclude from the site, temporarily or permanently, any person whose contributions are in contradiction with the rules mentioned in this document. The site publishers may transmit to the police or judicial authorities any documents or materials posted on the discussion space if they feel it is their duty to inform the competent authorities or if they are required to do so by law.
Unsubscribe
The User also remains free to unsubscribe at any time from the page provided for this purpose. In the event that the User loses his/her password or encounters difficulties in accessing his/her Account, he/she may request the deletion of his/her Account by contacting the company CroisiEurope at this address: sales@croisieurope.co.uk
CroisiEurope also reserves the right to close a User's Account without prior notice for any objective and justified reason previously notified to the interested party by any means (e-mail or registered mail), particularly in the event that the User has violated applicable laws, notably criminal, or those aimed at protecting the rights of a third party, or if its conduct has harmed the interests of any person, including the company CroisiEurope or any company having a legal link with the Publisher, or the use of the site by another User. The company CroisiEurope reserves the right to deactivate a User's Account at the end of a period of total inactivity of his/her Account equal to or greater than one year. In the event of the User's death, and upon production of the relevant supporting documents, the Account will be deactivated.
Intellectual Property
The company CroisiEurope remains the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights relating to both the structure and the content of the site, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the Application, whatever the means or process used, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of the company CroisiEurope. These GCU do not entail the transfer of any intellectual property rights to the User with regard to the structure or content of the Application and its Services.
Any unauthorised use of the site will be deemed to constitute an infringement and will be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code. The User expressly undertakes that use of the site in no way infringes the rights of the company CroisiEurope.

Applicable Law
These terms and conditions of use are subject in all respects to French law and the French courts. Only the English language is authentic.
